• Membership and account details: when you join a Magic Pass or buy a wash book, we collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle details (including license plate) and payment card information.
• License plate images: at locations with plate-reader entry, cameras read your license plate to recognize members and open the gate.
• Wash history: which location you visited, when, and which wash you received.
• Information you send us: anything you share when you call or contact us.
• Website usage: this website does not ask for personal information. Our web host may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

Your location

If you use "Find my closest wash," your browser asks permission to share your location. Your location is used only on your device to sort our locations by distance. It is not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

• To run your Magic Pass: billing your card each month, recognizing your vehicle and letting you manage your plan
• To answer questions and give customer service
• To send promotions and updates, if you've opted in. You can opt out anytime in the app or by contacting us.
• To keep our sites, equipment and customers safe, and to prevent fraud

Payment information

Card payments are processed by our car wash software and payment providers. Magical Touch Car Wash does not store your full card number on this website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our car wash software provider (which operates the app and customer portal), payment processors and our web host, and when required by law.

Third-party sites

This site links to the App Store, Google Play, Google Maps, Instagram and our customer portal. Those services have their own privacy policies. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Your choices

• Update your account details in the app or the online customer portal.
• Cancel your Magic Pass at any time as described in our Terms and Conditions.
• Ask us to access or delete your information by calling 313-301-0509.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
