These terms cover the Magic Pass monthly membership and your use of this website. By joining a Magic Pass or using this site, you agree to them.
Magic Pass membership
When you join a Magic Pass, you agree to the following Automatic Recharge Authorization:
I authorize Magical Touch Car Wash to charge my credit card account the monthly price of my selected Magic Pass plan on a recurring monthly basis. I understand this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by managing my account online or by visiting the site at least 1 day before renewal. I understand Magical Touch Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including unexpected equipment failure/maintenance or inclement weather. I understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued after recharge date. Refunds before recharge dates are subject to manager approval.
What this means
- Billing: your card is charged the price of your plan every month on your renewal date until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel in the app, in the online customer portal, or in person at any location. Cancel at least 1 day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Declined payments: if your monthly charge is declined, your plan is cancelled.
- Price changes: we post notice at our locations at least 30 days before a monthly price goes up.
- Refunds: no refunds after your renewal date. Refunds before your renewal date need a manager's approval.
- Service availability: washes may be unavailable during equipment failure, maintenance or bad weather.
- One pass per vehicle: each Magic Pass is tied to one registered vehicle.
Wash books and single washes
Wash books bought in the app are prepaid washes for the wash level purchased. Single washes are paid at the pay station at the time of service.
Prices and plans on this website
We work to keep plan details and prices on this site accurate. If something here differs from what's shown in the app or at the pay station at the time you buy, the app and pay station price applies.
Our app and customer portal
Memberships are sold and managed through the Magical Touch Car Wash app and online customer portal, which are operated for us by our car wash software provider. Your use of those services is also covered by their terms.
Using this website
The text, photos, logos and mascot on this site belong to Magical Touch Car Wash. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Links to other sites, such as the App Store, Google Play or Google Maps, are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.
